Healthy snack recipes
Are you hungry, do you want to eat a snack but don't want something that makes you fat? Keep reading because I'm going to recommend some delicious and healthy snacks.

Carrot and zucchini chips
Peel the vegetables and cut into thin slices. Mix it with your favorite spices, for example oregano, white pepper, rosemary and pepper. Arrange the slices well spread on the baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and bake for about 20 minutes at 110-150ºC, checking from time to time to avoid burning and your healthy chips are ready.
Apple chips
Cut the apple into very thin slices. Spread the apple on the baking sheet covered with special paper and sprinkle with cinnamon, bake at 110ºC for about 3 hours, turning halfway through cooking. Your chips are ready to eat.
Raspberry muffins.
Put two or three raspberries in each cupcake mold, crush a banana and two eggs, pour the mix on top, filling a little more than half a mold. Bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes and you have your snack ready.
Celery and carrot sticks with cream cheese.
Maybe you have seen this recipe in restaurants like Mister Wings and I am going to show you how to do it. It's so easy!
Take the carrot and celery and cut them into sticks, wash them very well and put them on a plate. Take cream cheese, it's already made it and put it next to the sticks on the plate. (you can make your own cream cheese). Enjoy your pakitos with cream cheese.
Apples with peanut butter.
You cut your apples and put some of the peanut butter on top. They taste delicious and it's a good snack. If you make your own peanut butter it's better. Remember to eat peanut butter with moderation.
